In collaboration with local distributors, governments, agencies and other partners, Kia has identified and selected areas such as parks, ports and other public spaces that needed to be redeveloped and restored for the best enjoyment and development of local communities.

USS Sports City renovates one of its most important spaces with electric chargers, an exercise area, tennis courts, a rest area, recreational spaces and many other elements that support sustainability and electromobility.

Women and Children’s Park

We achieved the goal of supporting the preservation of the Women and Children’s Park in its 6.4 hectares. Through sports, healthy coexistence and inclusive games, we restored all the common areas of the park using sustainability as a tool and carrying a clear message to motivate and promote care for the environment.

Galapagos, Ecuador

Itabaca Channel, Puerto Baltra and Santa Cruz

Declared by UNESCO as a “World Heritage Site” in 1979 and a “Biosphere Reserve” in 1985, they are known for being the habitat of unique endemic species, such as the giant Galapagos tortoises, blue-footed boobies, frigates, iguanas, sea lions, penguins, among many others. The main intervention carried out on Santa Cruz Island was the renovation of the Itabaca ports, which receive more than 292,000 tourists and residents annually.
